Online Vehicle Entries

All online vehicle entries are now closed. Driving event entries, including Super Sprints, Burnouts, and Go to Whoa, are sold out.

Show n Shine Entries

Show n Shine entries will be available on the day:

Cost: $100 per vehicle, includes driver & vehicle entry for the full weekend.
How to register: Visit the main Autofest Office on arrival:
- Friday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 2:00pm

Buddy/Passenger Passes

Want to take a passenger out on track during eligible events? Buddy Passes are available for purchase on arrival only from the main Autofest Office.

Adults: $135
Youth: $75
Passengers must be 14 years and over
All passengers are required to sign a disclaimer form
Buddy Pass includes full weekend event entry, so you do not need to purchase a separate spectator ticket.

Camping

The Autofest Campground opens 11:00am Thursday 5th of March and closes 11:00am Monday 9th of March.

Online camping bookings are now closed. You can purchase camping passes directly from the campground office once it opens.

Powered sites: SOLD OUT
Un-powered sites: Available, but limited and subject to availability

Camping Pass Pricing:

Adults: $90
Youth: $40
Children under 11: FREE

Each person staying on a campsite must have a camping pass. Please note: camping passes do not include entry into the event.

Entrant Check-In/Scrutineering

PLEASE NOTE: SCRUTINEERING LOCATION HAS CHANGED FOR FRIDAY. PLEASE READ BELOW.

ENTRANT CHECK-IN/SCRUTINEERING TIMES:
Friday 6th of March from 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Saturday 7th of March from 8:30am to 2:00pm

FRIDAY SCRUTINEERING
If arriving between 12:00pm and 4:00pm:
Scrutineering is located in Pit Garages 18-21, enter via Conrod Straight gate and follow the red arrows on the map below:

If arriving between 4:00pm and 6:00pm:
Scrutineering will be located at the main Autofest Office.

SATURDAY SCRUTINEERING:
If arriving between 8:30am and 12:00pm:
Scrutineering will be held at Harris Park.

If arriving between 12:00pm to 2:00pm:
Scrutineering will be held at the Autofest Office

Once scrutineered, entrants that are towing their entered vehicle must go straight to the trailer parking area and unload their vehicle before heading to the event area, event office or campground office.

Before entering the event venue, you MUST head to the Autofest office where you will check-in and receive any of your pre-purchased passes and/or merchandise, etc.

No trailers (unless pre authorised by management) are permitted in the event area.

SHOW N SHINE ENTRANTS:

On your arrival at Mount Panorama, please enter the event via the Conrod Straight gate. If towing please head to the trailer area to unload your vehicle before making your way into the Autofest Office where you will be issued with your vehicles official entrant windscreen sticker, along with your official pass for the driver and any buddy passes or merchandise that you have pre-purchased.

Coming off the back of our biggest event yet, with over 900 entrants and tens of thousands of spectators filling Mount Panorama over three action-packed days, Bathurst Autofest 2026 is gearing up to be even more massive!
