What to expect
Following the roaring success of the 2024 edition, which saw a record-breaking 800 entrants and a staggering 60,000 spectators over the three action-packed days, the anticipation for 2025 is sky-high. Since it's inception in 2004, the Bathurst Autofest has rapidly gained reputation as one of the premier Motorsport events in Australia, featuring thrilling burnout competitions, heart-pounding side-by-side racing on pit straight, and a showcase of high-quality vehicles. Stay tuned for exciting updates as we consider measures to enhance the event experience, including potential limitations on entrants for driving events and other exciting changes.
Important Dates
Online vehicle entries, public ticket sales and camping for the 2025 Bathurst Autofest will go live on the 2nd of September 2024! This is your chance to be part of this incredible event!
For those hoping to secure a spot in the burnout competition, ensure you are ready to go at 1:00pm AEST as there are only 120 burnout spots up for grabs!
Vehicle Entry Fees
- ALL DRIVING EVENTS (including Burnout Competition) - $240
- ALL DRIVING EVENTS (excluding Burnout Competition) - $200
- OUTDOOR SHOW N SHINE - $90
- CROSS ENTRY - $100
- BUDDY/ PASSENGER PASS - ADULT $120, YOUTH $60
- MERCHANDISE - EVENT SHIRTS $45 (available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL)
- Please note: There are no pit garages available.
- Please note: Buddy passes can only be pre-purchased with your online entry. Once you have submitted your entry form, you will no longer be able to pre-purchase buddy passes.
BURNOUT WAITLIST
If you happen to miss out on an entry into the burnouts, you can nominate to go onto the waitlist. To do this, go onto the online entry form, scroll down to “Entry Fees”, the option to select “Full access entry including burnouts” will be greyed out and just underneath that it will say click here to go onto the waitlist. Make sure you click this button.
Camping
- Online camping bookings will open on the 2nd of September 2024.

Media
Applications for Media positions will open 6 months prior to the event. To apply for Media, please email your interest through to admin@autofest.com.au. All Media are required to have a valid AASA Media Licence and must be over the age of 18. Spots are limited.
Traders
Interested in having a trade site at Bathurst 2025? Applications will open 6 months prior to the event. If you're eager to showcase your goods and services, simply email your interest to admin@autofest.com.au. To ensure a smooth process, please note that all traders are required to have the necessary insurance in place.
